At JBJ Business Park we have just over twenty industrial units which we let to mainly businesses. The majority of our industrial units contain a warehouse with an office and toilet. This can potentially be adapted according to your individual requirements. Our industrial units range from 1000 sq ft up to 6500 sq ft. Our leases tend to run for 3 years and prices start from £7.50 per sq ft depending on the location of the unit on the business park.

JBJ Business Park is on the Northampton Road going to Northampton from Blisworth so we are in an ideal location on a main road but not right in the middle of town. All of the industrial units are beyond a security gate which closes at 6pm and reopens at 6am. The site has security cameras to ensure the industrial units are captured when the offices are shut.

There is parking available outside all industrial units and plenty of turning space for artic lorries making deliveries. There is also an onsite café which is open Monday-Saturday 8am – 2pm.

We are a family run business so all leases and accounts are dealt with on site with little involvement from solicitors. This means our tenant’s cost are kept to a minimum. It also ensures there is a friendly relationship between landlord and tenant. There is no middle man so any problems tenants may have can be discussed with us and dealt with quickly. This is the same for any renewals or repairs. We are the tenants first point of contact so we can repair any problems promptly.
