**Unit becoming available in October 2025**

JBJ Business Park is an industrial estate just outside of Blisworth, Northants. We have just over 20 industrial units which are mainly rented to businesses. The majority of our units are rented as a whole but we do offer individual offices for rent in one of our unit blocks. We also rent self-storage containers to individuals or businesses who need more space.

John Bowen-Jones SNR started buying and selling machinery when he was about 17 years old. He has travelled worldwide trading in tractors and other farm machinery. At the age of 85 he is still buying and selling with his main interests in antique tractors.

When John first purchased the estate in 1980 he ran a John Deere Tractor dealership until 1994. After this him and his wife Anne decided to rent the buildings and since this time, he has grown the estate with further buildings for rent. We are now a successful property letting site with many thriving businesses. We are also in the process of building 4 more units.

Our team is family run and now consists of John Snr, John JNR, David and Jo. We are all on site at various times during the week and weekends.

Some of our tenants who came to us at the beginning are still here. We are always expanding and have recently started to rent self-storage containers.

We have almost finished a new 4000 sq ft warehouse which is going to be used as storage by one of our current tenants.
